After a lot of dilly dallying, finally the makers of Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh 2 seems to have zeroed in on leading lady. Going by reports, Asin has been approached by Gabbar Singh 2 team. The news is out when a few of Asin's fans page confirmed it on micro-blogging page Twitter days ago.
We hear that Asin is also keen to be part of the much awaited franchise and planning to begin her second innings down the South. In the past, she paired up with Pawan Kalyan for Annavaram and the film was average grosser. Though the names of Deepika Padukone, Sonakshi Sinha, Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Pranitha Subhash did the rounds earlier, finally the buck stopped at Asin Thottumkal.
Pawan's close aid Sarath Marar is producing the film and the film will go onto floors by the end of January. It's definitely a great sigh of relief for Power Star who has been busy hunting for a lead lady for a while. An official confirmation from Pawan's camp is awaited.
