Dasari Narayana Rao, who is noted for making critical comments on Telugu film industry, is at it again. The 150-movie-old director who was the chief guest at the audio launch of Srikanth's Mondodu took dig on big ticket films. 'With the constant change in release dates of big ticket films, it is so difficult for producers of small-budget films to get space to release their films. They (small-budget producers) are clueless on when to release their films. This is really a sad state of affairs. I never felt that this kind of situation would prevail when I'm alive,' Dasari rued.
Of late, big ticket films like Pawan Kalyan's Attarintiki Daaredi, Ram Charan's Yevadu have been deferred due to prevailing conditions in the state. Rumour mongers are busy buzzing that Dasari has targeted his 'arch rival' Mega family again and specifically over Ram Charan's Yevadu. As Yevadu is the only film which has seen many release dates making the producers of small-ticket films to suffer a lot. Although Dasari might have took a dig at 'Dil' Raju too, but it is buzzed that his primary target was Ram Charan. Looks like, Mega family is facing an all-round attack from all quarters these days.
