While Taapsee Pannu’s PR was publicising that the actor would be dubbing for Vin Diesel’s film 'Riddick' — for Katie Sackhoff’s role — in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil, Taapsee herself contradicted the news.
“It’s true that I was approached for the film, but I realised that I didn’t have the time to spend on the film. The project is huge and I have always believed in giving my best to any project I take up. But since I won’t have enough time, I won’t be dubbing for it,” she said.
The actor’s PRs, however, maintained that she still “hasn’t said no to the project” and there might have “been some miscommunication because of which she was confused” and she was still to take a call on the project.
