SS Rajamouli’s father and popular film story writer, Vijayendra Prasad is in big trouble. A court in Nampally had issued Non Bailable Warrant on him in a case field by producer Chengala Venkat Rao.
The petitioner says that he paid 41 Lakhs to Vijayendra Prasad for a script he intended to do with NTR, However, Vijayendra Prasad did not deliver it and Chengala made Narasimhudu with NTR with the story of another writer.
After repeated requests of Chengala, Vijayendra Prasad gave him two cheques of 30 Lakhs which were eventually bounced. And he is now dragged to court in this case. Cheque bounce cases were also fined on Vijayendra Prasad in Yalamanchili and Vishakapatnam courts.
