SS Rajamouli is one director who draws a line between personal and professional life. He takes his work very seriously and doesn't tolerate any indiscipline on the sets of his films.

The Director's Son Karthikeya who is currently working as a production executive for his family films (Eega, Bahubali) reveals his father is a completely different person on the sets. Rajamouli makes sure the father-son bond doesn't exist once he enters the sets. Interestingly, he calls his son Karth at home and Karthikeya at work. On sets, it's always about the work for the father and son. Once they reach home, they were like any other father-son and Rajamouli is very supportive of the decisions taken by Karthikeya.  

In fact, Karthikeya doesn't want to use the name and fame earned by his celebrity father for his growth. Instead, he wishes to begin from the scratch and built an identity of his own. Even Rajamouli likes this thought process of his son and his willingness to learn for achieving big one day.
