After seeing Bhumika Chawla cheering the players at an Indian Badminton League (IBL) match, Rumors were ripe that she is being roped as the brand ambassador of the tourney. The actress, however, denies working for IBL and clarifies she was present for the match only in support of her good friends Gopichand and Saina Nehwal. "I am neither the brand ambassador nor intend to be one," she asserts.
Bhumika is all praise for Gopichand for his contribution to Badminton and nurturing young talent with his Academy. She even claims to adore Saina Nehwal a lot for her exceptional skills.
Much to the delight of her fans, Bhumika will be soon making a comeback in Telugu with Ravi Babu's directorial venture. Both the actress and director wants to re-create Anasuya magic yet again.Recently, Bhumika and her husband-yoga guru Bharat Thakur shifted their base to Bangalore. They has purchased a 5,000 sq ft villa in the Garden City recently for a whooping Rs 6 crore. She feels that the property which was located on the old airport road is worth the cost as it is far away from the city's hectic traffic.
