Nagarjuna had done a full-length entertainer movie, a long time ago. However, ‘Bhai’ is likely to fill the gap, according to Nag. ‘Bhai’ is ready to hit the screens on October 25. In this backdrop, he had a chit-chat with the media.
Speaking on the occasion, he says, “I did not take care about Bhai for the past one week and my dad is doing well now. He would be discharged from the hospital in a week . For ‘Manam’ film, we have another three-day shoot involving my father. Once he completely recovers from his health problems, we will shoot the film on him. We believe that the shooting of that film would be completed by December”.
“When it comes to Bhai, it is a full-length commercial entertainer. I watched Veerabhadram’s ‘Poola Rangadu’. He brought out the film in a very entertaining manner. That is why I had agreed to do ‘Bhai’ with him. We gave good technicians to him as a team. I did ‘Rajanna, Shirdi Sai, Dhamarukam, Greeku Veerudu’ films. Each one is different from the other film. I did an entertainment film, long back.
So, I did ‘Bhai’ this time. Devisri Prasad is an expert in giving ‘title songs’. He gave melodious songs to our film ‘Bhai’. ‘Most Wanted’ is my favourite song in this film. It was shot in beautiful locales of Slovakia. The film runs with mafia in its backdrop and comes from Hong Kong to Old City of Hyderabad. We erected a set that reminds us the Old City.
We just made the film in association with Reliance for the sake of friendship. As a whole, Bhai is a paisa-vasool film. Richa’s character too would be very entertaining. Iam confident that ‘Bhai’ would not only attract my fans but also the Telugu audience in general”, Nag added.
