Gautham's 3rd Attempt as Hero in 'Basanti'

Young director Chaitanya Dantuluri is producing and directing the film ‘Basanti’. It is to be mentioned here that the director had earned a good recognition and compliments from both the audiences and also from the film critics with his film ‘Banam’. Now, he is producing and directing the film ‘Basanti’ under the banner of ‘Start Camera Pictures’. In this film, No 1 Telugu comedian Brahmanandam’s son Gautham is playing the hero and Alisha Baig is being introduced as the heroine.

Basanti’s first still photos are being released to the media now. On this occasion, director Chaitanya Dantuluri says, “This film ‘Basanti’ story was prepared even before the launch of ‘Banam’ movie. This ‘Basanti’ movie story came from the real life incidents that occurred in a society.

When a student takes admission in a college, he would get an initial recognition besides college responsibility too at times. For every student, college life is something special. This is the story of ‘Basanti College of Arts and Science’ students. Gautham is playing the role of a student named Arjun.

The story, and its movement, dialogues, music, cinematography and the performance of the artists, everything would be very attractive. The shooting is almost completed. We are planning to launch the audio in November and release the film in December”.

Speaking on the occasion, Gautham, hero of the film ‘Basanti’ says, ‘The story of the film ‘Basanti’ is very impressive. While the director was narrating the story I was excited. I learned a lot while playing the role of the hero ‘Arjun’, in this movie. There was a good scope to prove myself as a hero”.
