Maverick director Rajamouli, who is always the first person to congratulate others, has showered praises on Attarintiki Daredi team for beating Magadheera and being the all time number one hit. Mega fans are happy with Rajamouli certifying Attarintiki Daredi as the new industry hit.
However, this has irked Mahesh Babu fans, who still believe that Dookudu has beaten Magadheera. Mahesh Babu has infamously tweeted that "Dookudu is the highest grosser of Telugu cinema," which isn't a fact. Mahesh was misinformed from someone and he made that statement. Dookudu never crossed Magadheera and there was a gap of more than fifteen crores shares between Magadheera and Dookudu.
Few fans took Mahesh's tweet for granted and believed that Dookudu has really created industry record. They even didn't care when Gabbar Singh crossed Dookudu share to become All time No.2 at that time.
Rajamouli's tweets about AD have cleared two things, 1. Magadheera's record was not broken by Dookudu and 2. AD has crossed Magadheera record. Although Rajamouli is unaware about Mahesh fans ignorance, they were deeply hurt by his tweets, which indirectly means that Mahesh got it wrong about Dookudu. Let's wish Mahesh breaks AD records with his upcoming film 1 and makes his fans happy.
