Anushka is playing the title role in ‘Rudramadevi’. Rana is playing another important role. The film is being produced and directed by Gunasekhar on the banner of Guna Team Works. This would be the first 3d Stereoscopic movie. The shooting of the film is presently in progress in Annapurna Studios.
It is also learnt that Nitya Menon, Catherine Theresa are also part of the movie cast. It is claimed that Catherine Theresa would play the role of a girl, who loves Gona Gannareddy character in this movie. Sources in Film Nagar say that Mahesh babu is likely to play the role of Gona Gannareddy character in this movie. But an official confirmation is yet to come from the producer or the director. Illaya Raja is scoring the music for this flick.
Ramya Krishna, Baba Sehgal, Adavi Sesh, Nathalia Kaur, Jara Shah, Hamsa Nandini, Brahmanandam, Tanikella Bharani and others are playing the key roles in this movie. The film sets were designed and made by Padma Sree Thota Tarani. Ajay Vincent is the cinematographer.It is to be mentioned here that the film producer and Ramoji Film City’s owner, Ramoji Rao has given his personal compliments to the team, says the director.
