Power Star Pawan Kalyan is a phenomenon and with stupendous successes of Gabbar Singh and Attarintiki Daaredi,even Bollywood stood and took notice of him. But with that it ended as Bollywood started insulting Power Star Pawan Kalyan. It is known that Pawan Kalyan is starring in Gabbar Singh 2 under the direction of Sampath Nandi.
The film should have started shooting long time back but is getting delayed due to non finalising of heroines. Filmmakers planned to cast Bollywood beauties Deepika Padukone or Anushka Sharma. However their rates scared them away. Earlier Kajal was contacted but even she demanded more.
Though Shruti Hasan looked the better option, Pawan for some reason was against her. Now plans are on to introduce new model in the film. Pawan is also ok with this since he introduced new models earlier.
