A film titled as 'A Shyam Gopal Varma Film' is already creating enough buzz everywhere as it's concept is closely connected with Ram Gopal Varma. Even the tagline of the movie 'Naa Cinema Naa Istam' resembles the book written by RGV which was named as 'Naa Istam'. It can be treated as one more satire on this controversial filmmaker who loves making violent films.
Shafi plays the main lead. The design of the posters looks interesting with the hands and legs of the actor tried with a film reel. Rakesh Srinivas is wielding the megaphone apart from providing story, dialogues and screenplay. Music is by Mantra Anand and Cinematography is by Rahul Srivastava.
It's really nice to see young filmmakers coming up with innovative concepts. Hope the young bunch of directors brings a lot of fresh to Tollywood which is always inclined towards the commercial format.
