Nani has been eagerly waiting for his Paisa (coin) movie to release and there were reports that this film will be releasing on 22nd of this month. But the financial hurdles are yet to be cleared and therefore the coin has struck again. Although few film reporters believe that Paisa may release on 29th November, things look bleak for that to happen.
Promotions are yet to start. We can't expect this film to come out without making any buzz. Krishna Vamsi has been in poor form and Nani is yet to score a hit as solo lead after Ala Modalaindi. Barring Eega, in which he did a small role, Nani has no hits in the recent past. Paisa is a key film for the young actor's career prospects.
If everything is solved in the next few days, Paisa will release in December first or second week. If it gets further delayed then it will face tough competition from the lined up biggies. As per sources at least Rs. 8 crores are to be cleared for the release of Paisa. A film that talks about the importance of money is facing financial problems, irony!
