A minor fire broke out at actress Sridevi's residence, located at Andheri Lokhandwala Back road on Saturday evening. No one was injured.
The fire was caused due to short-circuit in the electric wiring of the air conditioner in Sridevi’s bedroom.
According to reports, at the time the mishap took place, Sridevi, her mother-in-law and her daughters were at home.
A fire engine rushed to the spot immediately, but the fire was extinguished before the tanker reached the spot.
