Because it makes Pawan no playboy but a defaulter of the institution of marriage not once but twice. Also, detractors will use that as a merciless weapon while venting fumes at the powerful hero if they want to throw mud on him. His silence about the rumours as always is now fuelling doubts if all these wild thoughts will turn true.
Maybe Pawan could come out and claim that his personal life has nothing to do with anyone, but then a celebrity's life always becomes public as they are not just loved by masses but they are literally treated as demi-gods. Days to come should have answers about all these happenings, queries and worries.
