Prakash Raj's film Ulavacharu Biriyani’s second schedule was recently shot in Mysore and the climax has also been canned during this schedule. In a recent interview, the versatile actor revealed that he’s absolutely thrilled about how the film has shaped up. Since Ulavacharu Biriyani is about food and love, he confessed that he kept experimenting with different types of cuisine during the film’s shooting.
After directing Dhoni, he took a brief gap before deciding what his next directorial venture is going to be. Ulavacharu Biriyani is the remake of a hit Malayalam film titled Salt n’ Pepper, which narrates the love story between two couples and how food becomes a catalyst in their budding relationship.
Given the simplicity of the theme, Prakash Raj seems to be all the more excited about how all the actors, including the newcomers Tej and Samyuktha, have come together to deliver a clean and sensible film.
Ilayaraja is scoring the music and Preetha is the cinematographer. Prakash Raj himself has produced the film and it’ll hit the screens early next year.
