Noted TV anchor and movie artist Udaya Bhanu once again hits the media, after she lodges a complaint at CCS police station against the producer and director of her latest movie Madhumathi. She said the film makers have not shown her the preview of the movie, probably because there are some morphed obscene of her in the movie.
Hence, producers Ramesh babu and director Raj Sridhar have screened the movie especially for Udaya Bhanu in the presence of city police. Later, speaking to media she said there are no obscene in the movie and she is withdrawing her complaint.
Director Raj Sridhar speaking to the media has said “We don’t understand why she is behaving like that. Several times, she was absent to the shooting. However, somehow we have completed the movie. It is not fair for her to lodge complaint against us or hitting the media. We couldn’t show the film preview only because of non-availability of theaters.
Would she insist for preview, definitely somehow we would arranged for it. She seems to rake controversy to catch the media and film industry attention, otherwise there is nothing to do all this drama.”
K.Rani Sridhar and Ramesh babu have produced the movie under Gomatha Arts Pictures banner. Raj Sridhar is director of this movie. Udaya Bhanu has played prostitute role- Madhumathi in this movie.
