Uyyala Jampala satellite rights sold for Double price

Uyyala Jampala that hit theatres on Christmas has garnered rave reviews. The film which stars Avika Gor and Raj Tarun in lead roles is produced by  Ram Mohan P, D Suresh Babu and Akkineni Nagarjuna under Sunshine Cinema in association with Annapurna Studios.

If latest reports doing the rounds are anything to go by, then the satellite rights of the just released romantic entertainer has been sold for a whopping Rs 1.5 crores. Interestingly, the cinema was reportedly produced with a budget of Rs 80 lakhs. So the amount fetched by the sale of satellite rights of the movie is nearly double the investment.

Good for the producers..isn't it?
