Arrest Warrant against Trisha and Her Mom Uma Krishnan, Arrest Warrant against Trisha
The Egmore Court has issued an arrest warrant against Trisha and her mom Uma Krishnan, in connection with a defamation case filed by the latter. In 2004 a viral video was revealed in the name of 'Trisha bathing video', later a magazine also published it. Following these allegations Trisha's mother filed a defamation suit against a magazine in 2005, for allegedly publishing some obscene pictures of her daughter.
Yesterday when the case came to KG Gopalakrishnan's desk for further hearing but Trisha's mother Uma Krishnan didn't made her presence for yesterday's hearing .
Following this the justice issued an arrest warrant against Trisha's mother Uma Krishnan and hence she will be present for the next hearing , it is said that that the video and pictures are morphed one and Trisha's mom is now ready to withdraw the case.
