Every newly married couple expects life to be a bed of roses until they become the old ball and chain. But it already spells trouble for Veena Malik who recently married Dubai based businessman Asad Bashir Khan Khattak on December 25, 2013.
Prashant Pratap Singh, alleged ex-lover and once live in partner has further alleged her to have been pregnant with his child. He hit the news when he filed a complaint against the Pakistani actor for receiving threatening calls from her if he revealed her past to her husband. Veena Malik on her part laughed away the allegations and had said that Singh was a regular staffer in the digital arm of her company who is gay and works for her on a salary of Rs. 10,000. Singh had said that they were still in a relationship when he learnt of her sudden marriage to businessman Khattak.
He revealed, ‘She was pregnant with my child in 2012. We discovered about the pregnancy on May 10when we shifted to Royal Palms. She was very keen on having the baby but we were not ready for it. I had filed for divorce then from my first wife.
After attending the mahurat of her Kannada film Dirty Picture: Silk Sakkath Maga, we decided to terminate the pregnancy...Veena seduced me while we were shooting a viral campaign and that was our first meeting. One the same night, we had sex. In fact, she kept Karva Chauth vrat for me that she even tweeted.
I know intimate things about her that her current husband Asad can confirm. I have even caught her cheating on me at least three times.’’ According to Singh, Veena and he were partners in the company Huge H Digital. He has now alleged fraud against Veena and taking away the money they both earned.
On all this, Veena has said, ‘He (Prashant) is part of my 20-member team. He is a member of my Indian staff. He basically takes care of my digital content on the internet. I pay him 10,000 rupees per month. That’s it. And he is very fond of photographing me. Wherever I’d go he would take my pictures. I even got him a camera when I saw how passionate he was about photographing me. I was very fond of him because he truly seemed to enjoy photographing me... I always treated him like a brother. He is one among my very good gay friends.’
