The year 2013 witnessed several big budget films starring popular Telugu heroes turning out to be big hits.
Films such as "Attarintiki Daredi", "Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu", "Naayak", "Baadshah" and "Mirchi" did some fantastic business at the box office, both in India and the overseas markets. Interestingly, a few small-budget films with lesser known actors, such as "Prema Katha Chitram" and "Uyyala Jampala" have also performed well at the box office.
Unfortunately, some big films such as "Ramayya Vastavayya", "Bhai", "Greeku Veerudu" and "Shadow" failed to click at the box office.
With 2013 gone, cinema lovers are eagerly looking forward to the new releases of 2014. There is a long list of films, lined up for release this year.
