'Zanjeer' star Ram Charan will not get a break after the film’s release. As soon as the promotional activities of the film are over, he will have to get admitted to a hospital in Delhi to get a chronic sinus problem treated. “Yes, he is not keeping well at the moment. He postponed getting admitted to Apollo Hospital for the time being as he has to promote 'Zanjeer'. As soon as the film releases, he will have to get himself treated for chronic sinus,” says his manager Praveen.
