While rumors went on and off about Sonakshi Sinha starring in Boney Kapoor's south remake, it has finally been revealed that the actress will be seen with Arjun Kapoor in the film. Also, this remake of popular Telugu movie Okkadu will be directed by debutant Amit Sharma.
Though Amit is new to Bollywood, the director's recent Google ad film titled Reunion has gone viral over the web with more than 1 million views only in a span of few days. However, the newcomer insists that he bagged the south remake before the release of his ad film.
This untitled film will also be co-produced by Boney's younger brother Sanjay Kapoor and is slated to go on floor in January 2014.
