Rajamouli’ is a megalomaniac no doubt which is why even for a supposedly small movie like Eega he had had some beautiful laid colony set and villain house which looked like real make believe ones. So when it comes to a big ticket movie and a period drama like Bahubali his craze to have unique and huge set is only naturally. Thanks to the fantastic art director Sabu Cyril a huge palace darbar set was put up for the Bahubali shooting.

Bahubali starring Prabhas, Anushka and Rana Daggubati in main roles is currently shooting at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. The movie has become talk of the country ever since it was announced. And movie enthusiasts are earnestly following the updates of this film.

The darbar set was put up at RFC supervised by award winning art director Sabu Cyril. While the set looked hard to believe as a set its learnt that the set had cost about 2.5 crores to the makers and consumed three months time for the art team to come up with it. That apart here is another shocker – scenes in the darbar set will form 10% of the entire movie. Yet that’s precisely how accurate the director wants everything to be. No wonder there are bets about the movie that it will be the best Indian celluloid treat.
